I will work with you to recognize and release limiting mental and energetic patterns that block your experience of peace, love and clear direction. Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki energy healing helps to remove energy blocks, restoring healthy energy flow to your body, mind, spirit and emotions. Sessions are performed on a massage table, fully clothed and may include the use of crystals and essential oils in addition to Reiki. Sessions are deeply relaxing and energetically nurturing.
